Ms. Rasode currently serves as CEO of the National Institute for Cannabis Health & Education (NICHE), an independent, not-for-profit organization that provides impartial, evidence-based research about cannabis production and use in Canada. NICHE’s vision for a safe and sustainable cannabis industry encompasses health, social and economic benefits.

Based in Vancouver with a national vision, NICHE was established in 2017 after discussions with the Federal and Provincial governments, industry, universities, patients, consumers, non-governmental organizations, and law enforcement agencies, as well as other stakeholders. A Legacy of Senior Management Excellence

Among many other accomplishments, Ms. Rasode served on the Board of Directors for Fraser Health, providing governance and vision for the largest health authority in British Columbia. In her appointed role, she worked with senior management to establish overall strategic direction, review long-term plans and ensure appropriate community consultation. Previously she served two terms as an elected City Councilor for the City of Surrey from 2008 to 2014.

Dr. Jackman is a Food Scientist, with an undergraduate degree (BSc, Hon) from the University of British Columbia, as well as graduate degrees (MSc, PhD) from the University of Guelph.

Since 2002, Dr. Jackman has been providing R&D and technical support services to the Food, NNHP and Medical Cannabis industries:

• Advising corporate clients on regulatory and GMP compliance matters
• Preparing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures and policies
• Troubleshooting process and product non-conformances and off-specifications
• Recommending corrective and preventive actions and process and product improvements
• Preparing site and product license applications, and industry SR&ED tax claim reports
• Analyzing and interpreting analytical and technical data
• And recommending tests, methods and/or processes to ensure product quality and compliance

Dr. Jackman has been successful in obtaining over 60 NNHP Licenses, most for difficult to license combination products, and several NNHP site licenses, on behalf of multiple and diverse clients.
